  10. Get as required Fresh coriander leaves & slices of lemon,
  11. Prepare 1 tablespoon fried onions for garnishing
  12. Prepare As required Charcoal & ghee for smokey flavor

  1. Wash the keema & marinate using all ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes besides fry one minute the gram flour then add in marination
  2. Pick a wok add ghee or oil to it & fry onions remove some for garnishing then in the same left onions add the marinated keema stirr till 5 minutes then cover the lid
  3. Uncover the lid once the keema is done fry till the oil separates then simmer the flame
  4. Now make a foil cup or use any steel small cup add a burnt coin of charcoal add a tablespoon of ghee immediately cover the lid keeping the stove flame off for 5 minutes then remove the coal
  5. Then just add the garnishing two minutes on the stove then off the flame & it’s ready to be served enjoy with hot chapatis, parathas or saffron rice. Follow my account for more updates.
