  11. Prepare tadka for dhokla. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, add rai.
  12. Add curry leaves,chilli and hing.
  13. Add ½ cup water,4 pinch nibhu ka saat and 1 tbsp sugar.
  14. Boil for 1 min.
  15. Pour tadka on dhokla.
  16. Cut the dhokla.
