- Add maida, salt ajwain and oil.
- Make semi soft dough.

- Heat a pan and add oil and jeera,saunf,dhaniya and fry.
- Add onion,chilli ginger and fry 2 mins.
- Add matar and fry for 1 min.
- Add all dry masale and mix well.
- Add aloo and mix well and then add coriander.
- Divide the dough in 4 equal portions..
- Now roll the dough in oval shape.
- Now make out a cone of a oval shaped dough and fill the samosa filling in the dough.
