The ingredients needed to make Crispy vada:
  1. Make ready 1 cup samak rice
  2. Take 3 boiled potatoes
  3. Take 3 Curry leaves
  4. Prepare 2 green chillies
  5. Get as per taste Rock salt
  6. Get as required Coriander

It is one snack I loved as a kid and still do. Steps to make Crispy vada:
  1. Firstly Cooked samak rice with double of water(means 1 cup rice and 2 cup water) and jeera and salt
  2. Take that cooked and cool rice or leftover rice.. add boiled grated potatoes… Add finely chopped chillies, kaddi ptta and coriander.. add lil bit of salt(as we also add salt in rice)
  3. Mash properly with hands… Make tikkis… Flatten them and make hole in btw with finger..
  4. Fry them.. 2 by 2😝… On low flame… Enjoy with peanut m coriander chutney 😊

Sabudana Vada Recipe(with Step by Step Photos). Vadai is my favorite evening snacks. These medu vadai is so crispy on the outside but wicked fluffy in the center…Dipping this in chutney and sambar is heavenly. I love it with hot idli, sambar and chutney. The sooji vada is crispy and yummy and guess what?
