- Add pav bhaji masala. Cook it for 2 minutes.Then add lemon juice, salt(if required), coriander leaves,food colour(optional).
- Mix them properly. Finally, add butter. Bhaji is ready.
- Take a pav & cut the middle portion of pav.Heat pan & add pav. Apply butter on both sides of pav.
- Ready to serve with bhaji, lemon sliced, onions(ring shaped).
