  22. Make ready 2 Medium size tomato (chopped)
  23. Take 1/4 cup Water
  24. Make ready 2 Green chilli (chopped)
  25. Prepare For Spinach, onion & capsicum Mixture:-
  26. Get 1 tbsp Oil
  27. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  28. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
  29. Get 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  30. Prepare 1 bunch Spinach (washed and finely chopped)
  31. Make ready 1 Onion (Diced)
  32. Prepare 1 Capsicum (Diced)
  33. Make ready 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  34. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  35. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  36. Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  37. Take 1/2 cup Cashew nut paste
  38. Get As per taste Salt
  39. Take Final Ingredients:-
  40. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  41. Get 1 tsp Green chillies (Chopped)
  42. Prepare 1/2 inch Ginger(Julienne)

  3. Now we will add the marinated chicken pieces to these prepared spices in the pan. Then add the chopped green chilli as per your preference. Now mix the chicken and the spices together. Cover the pan and cook it in medium flame till the chicken is completely cooked.
  4. For spinach, onion and capsicum mixture:- Take another clean pan. Add oil once the pan is hot. Add all the above ingredients one by one except water. Then add the earlier prepared onion masala to this. Mix well. Now add the cashew paste. Now add the salt. Next, we will add water. Now we will check the chicken pieces which must have already cooked. We will now add this spinach mixture to the chicken pieces. Mix well.
  5. Final step:-Now add the above mentioned for final ingredients to the chicken and spinach mixture. Cook for 2 mins. Then the Murg Patiala is ready to be served. You can serve this hot with steamed rice, chapati or Paratha. My family enjoyed this with hot steamed rice.
