Steps to make Chhana murgi:
- For homemade paneer or cheese.
- Boil whole milk properly and when it start to boil turn the flame very low and add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and stir the milk carefully.
- Strain the milky part from water and have very soft homemade paneer.
- Now let it cool and after 10 minutes make proper dough.and make small balls.
- Deep fry the balls for 2 minutes
- Make sugar syrup at other side and put the balls inside syrup for atleast 10 minutes.
- Coat with dry sugar and let it cool
- Very yummy sweet dessert is ready
