- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp mint-coriander-chilli paste and mix well.
- Then add the blended mixture & 1 tbsp garam masala. Mix well.
- Add 1 bowl half boiled chicken and salt to taste. Add water if required. Cover & cook on low flame.
- Once cooked, garnish & serve hot with roti or naan.
