  1. Clean the chicken Cube (boneless) wash and drain excess water. Dry it with tissue paper.marinate with curd, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, lemon, salt & black pepper.
  2. In a frying pan, take dry masala and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame and put out the flame. Now put this in a mixer grinder to grind it into a fine powder. Mix the masala with marinated chicken. Add milk powder and add 1 tsp mustard oil. Mustard oil gives a specific smell of tandoori. If required add salt.
