  1. Get 1 kg Chicken
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup ginger+garlic paste
  3. Prepare 4 onions
  4. Make ready 1 Capsicum
  5. Prepare 1 cup thick Curd
  6. Make ready 2 Tomatoes
  7. Make ready 2 tsp Chicken masala
  8. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Get 1, 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  10. Get To taste Salt
  11. Prepare 6 tbsp ghee
Steps to make Dahi Murgh:
  1. First clean the chicken pieces.
  2. Marinate chicken pieces with half of Curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Chicken masala and salt for 2 hours.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and saute.
  5. Put chopped onions in it and fry till golden brown in colour.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Add marinated Chicken with masala.
  8. Add remaining curd and mix well.
  9. Cook on high flame till oil starts separate.
  10. Add chopped capsicum.
  11. Add a little water and cook on low flame till Chicken pieces tender.
  12. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with pulao or naan.
