- First clean the chicken pieces.
- Marinate chicken pieces with half of Curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Chicken masala and salt for 2 hours.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add chopped tomatoes and saute.
- Put chopped onions in it and fry till golden brown in colour.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Add marinated Chicken with masala.
- Add remaining curd and mix well.
- Cook on high flame till oil starts separate.
- Add chopped capsicum.
- Add a little water and cook on low flame till Chicken pieces tender.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with pulao or naan.
