  4. Add cream or malai and mix well.
  5. Marinate it in refrigerator for overnight.
  6. After marination take it out from refrigerator and thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  7. Cook on tandoor or grill in OTG for 30 minutes on 240℃.
  8. After grilled, brush butter on tikkas.
  9. Serve hot with onions slices and lemon wedges.
