  1. In a bowl, soak cashews and almonds for 1 hour and then blend it.
  2. In a big mixing bowl add chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, curd, salt, red chili, mix it well and marinate for overnight.
  3. Heat ghee in a heavy skillet, add cloves, black cardamom and stir well.
  4. Add 1tsp garlic, 1tsp ginger and stir again.
  5. Then, chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown in color.
  6. Now, add the blended paste and mix it well.
  7. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, chicken masala and mix it well.
  8. Then, add the marinated chicken and mix it well.
  9. Soak saffron in milk and add it with salt in chicken and mix it again.
  10. Add cream, cover it with lid and cook for about 20 - 25 minutes on medium heat.
  11. When it done, switch off the flame and serve hot with pulav or naan.
