  4. Place in bowl and cover with samp cloth. Place in warm place and let rise until double in size (approximately 1 hour)
  5. Punch dough down. Place in greased loaf tin. Cover and let rise until doubled (approximately 30 minutes).
  6. Bake bread for 30-35 minutes in a 190°C oven - should be golden brown and sound hollow when tapped
  7. Remove from pan and cool on wire racks
