- Sieve flour add milk powder, cream, salt, yeast and sugar mix well. Add Lukewarm water and knead a soft dough (just like our roti dough). Knead the dough for at least 10 min by adding butter at regular intervals.
- Now keep this dough in a greased glass bowl which is double the size of dough and cover the bowl with wet cloth or with cling film. Keep the bowl In warm place at least 45 minutes or till it is double in the size.
- Remove the dough and knead it once more and remove all air bubbles.
- Now for chutney dough make dough same way but just add chutney in place of water and knead. And proof yeast in warm water and sugar before adding in dough.
- Now roll both the dough in round shape like roti and cut strips.
- Now fold the strips like a swirl.
- Now put ready swirl in greased try.
- Now cover the try with wet cloth and allow it to proof for 10'15 min or till double in size
- Preheat oven @200Ā°c and milk brush the dough and place the bread mould on middle rack of oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the bread mould form oven and place it on wire rack. Allow it to cool. Demould the bread mould and allow the bread to cool completely before slicing it. Enjoy your freshly baked bread.
- For chutney……. Mix all the ingredients in Mixer grinder with some water and salt.
