- Make a proper dough and cover it with a wet cloth and rest aside for 15 mns.
- Heat up a pan and add musterd oil to it. Then add garlic and tomatoes and achaar masala to it. Cook for 10mn and cool it aside.
- You can use readymade mix of achhar masala.m which includes cumin seeds, fennel seeds, hing, and all dry spices.
- Let it cool for 10 mns.
- Now add sugar and grind the chutney.
- For making pizza take a deep pan and spread some salt then place a stand and put a plate on it. And preheat the pan.
- Now take the dough and knead it again for 5mn and make 2-3 balls. Take a ball and roll it in thick size. Prick it from the fork.
- Now place this base on the plate and cover it and cook it for 15 mn on medium flame.
- When the base is done spread butter and chutney spread.Now add chhole, onions, capsicums, black olives chillies.Also spread mozrella chhese and chedar cheese. Now sprinkle some pizza seasoning powder to it and some green Coriander leaves.
- Arrange all toppings nicely.
- Now heat up a non-stick tawa and grease it from butter. Now place pizza base on it and cover it. Cook it on medium flame for 15 mn.
- Place it on a plate.
